Return Conditions
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags must still be attached
- Trying on items is allowed, but they must not be worn
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

- We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
- Please contact us within 24 hours if you notice an error in your order details
- If tracking shows your package as delivered, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages
